I would not use this company again.

The process went very well. Ray picked up the sofa (free pick-up and delivery!) and James brought it back and placed it exactly where I wanted it. The sofa looks like new and I am very pleased with the work. Ray and James were always very professional and kept me up on the progress of the work even though health challenges were with them at the time.

I am very unhappy with the quality of work done by Raleigh Upholstery. They re-upholstered two King Hickory wing back chairs for me. The cushions don't fit the chairs properly. The loose back cushions were constructed too large, then overfilled with batting to fill the cushion cover. I now have cushions that are too tall, too wide, too thick, and very uncomfortable. The back cushions and the seat cushions are now out of proportion and look odd. The arms of the chairs have loose fabric which is unattractive. The seat cushions have voids in the corners and the cushions p***** when place properly on the chair. Extra fabric was not returned to me. The price was high, especially when you consider the quality of the work.

They did a good job. They got it done quickly. They were very professional and they have reasonable prices.
