Polly Sayres

We had used Polly before to buy a house. So we called her again in January because we were looking for another house. She is great at showing us houses when we need to see them. She is great because she tells her professional opinion about the house's qualities and deficits. This particular house we decided on was a Freddie Mac foreclosure. She hung in there with us for the long, 2 1/2 month process of getting this house. She went to bat for us with the mortgage lender and kept tabs on the closing attorney's needs. If it wasn't for her, the ball would not have kept rolling on this whole process. She is very professional and personable. And she promptly answers texts and phone calls.We finally got the house. I told Polly that I didn't know how she could have such stress in her work all of the time. I could barely take it for one house. But she said she loves putting people in the house they have chosen.
