Description of Work: I thought it would be $129 for two men for two hours of moving services. They said it would be $110 extra for coming to Millington. That's almost double, so I declined. I can understand needing extra money for the drive time and fuel, but that's a bit excessive. I will not use them in the future due to their location. Thank you!

Description of Work: They came to my home and moved furniture within it. I had zero complaints and will call on them in future. The company owner called after and checked on my satisfaction. Also, I liked being able to go on their website and see photos and bios of employees!

Description of Work: Moved from 3 bd apt and some from a house. Not well. 1.Damaged some expensive furniture and did not tell us. |2. Did not cover white upholstered pieces and they were were soiled |3. Wood pieces were nicked and scratched and handled broken off |4. Wrong size truck sent (16 ft) according to what was quoted ((24 ft )as being needed. | 5. Due to above name problem, |double trips had to be made causing. 3 hour quoted job to take total of 6 1/2 hours ! |

Dear [member name removed], I'm sorry for your recent experience with our service. My town Movers strives to put out the best service possible on each and every move. Unfortunately in our line of business accidents do happen. However I do have to point out we did not hide any damage but in fact deducted $150.00 from the price of your move for the damage leaving your balance at $487.00. Also you were moving locally all within collierville ( 4 minutes apart) we did have to make 2 trips, but that did not cause the move to take an extra 3 hours. Also if you remember correctly I took the extra travel time off the clock and did not bill you for it. As you stated above there were two locations and a lot to be moved. Thank you again for your business we wish you and your family the best.
