Less than desirable. This is a work company NOT a design and install company. There is essentially no communication between the owner and the workers about what you want and then when you try and discuss with the workers what you need and why they look at you like they are not interested. Lacking in professionalism all the way. I never knew when they were coming and if the job was done, if not - when or if they were to return and always had to follow up by calling the owner to get any answers. Several workers were very rude to me and other construction workers at our house from another company.

Terrible. When I initially called, I was promised that the contractor would obtain the sprayers and do the work in the next week or so. Two weeks went by (as area people know, we are in a serious drought) and my wife's hydrangeas were suffering. I called back and was informed that the sprayers had been obtained and they would get to me very soon, ASAP. Two weeks later, I called back and received the same answer. A week later, I called back and told the owner in a voice mail that if he did not call me that day, to forget it. I would buy the sprayers via the internet (Hunter will not sell directly to consumer) and do the work myself. He did not and I did.
