Shannon was great. We met with about a half dozen real estate agents before choosing someone to partner with. Shannon did the best at listening to our needs and making us feel like we were her top priority. We were very demanding on the number of homes we wanted to visit (and re-visit), often making last minute requests. Shannon was very patient with us and went out of her way to help us make good evaluations of the homes and help us understand the amenities near each of the neighborhoods/developments we visited. She also made the offer and closing process go smoothly. We weren't in town to take care of some of the last minute details, but she happily took care of them for us. We'd do business with Shannon again!

Company management is extremely rude, argumentative, and lacks property management skills to follow up on claims. We submitted the claim of the broken AC unit to John Green and Company. The company failed to submit the claim to the home owners protection insurance company or the air conditioning company. I had to personally contact these companies to get the claim submitted, and follow up with the AC company to get the unit repaired. This is a real estate property management company which is not interested in making things right, only their fee is important to them.

They worked so well together as a team and were available to us at any time we had concerns or questions. When we needed referrals, they were ready to give us recommendations of professionals they felt comfortable with doing a good job. Ultimately, Nancy and Holly treated us, their clients, better than any other realtor we have experienced or heard about from others. We have made it a point to highly recommend Nancy and Holly to our friends, neighbors, and family members because we had such a wonderful experience working with them through such major decisions as selling and buying houses. My agent was Polly Sayres. She has a talented husband who took all the photos for my listing. They were great! Polly is my favorite realtor because she always answers my texts, phone calls, and emails quickly. She listens to what I need and does extra little things to make my life easier. She listed my rental property on mls and homes.com. That's the first sight that comes up on search engines. I have used her to buy this rental property and to list it twice for rent. It took only one month off the market to rent it again each tiime. Yeah!
