+ -1 moreI can't say enough good things about Maurice... Everything went great. Even though some things took longer than originally anticipated, we have no complaints! He's a very trustworthy man who I could leave in our home without worry. One of his references even told me that he has keys to their home. If you've ever been to a Vesta Home Show house, you may have seen his work. Maurice had lots of ideas to keep our budget in mind as well. Although we didn't want to spend the extra money for in-floor tactiles, he gave us the same affect with two subwoofers instead of one. We have an amazing media room now, can't say enough good things about Maurice & Invisible Stereo.
Description of Work: Maurice did an awesome job on our media room. Our home was built with a dedicated room, no windows, a space for a projector and several speakers built into the walls. Basically, Maurice took what we had and made it amazing. He made a custom screen, around 120 inches, added some extra speakers, 2 subwoofers (one front, one back), and built a cabinet that rolls up into the wall. The cabinet holds our receiver, blu ray player, dvr, xbox360, & wii. Our bright flood lights were changed to dimmable spotlights and everything is controlled by a smart remote. He can order all kinds of audio/video products at wholesale prices but didn't mind us purchasing some pieces on our own. There was some drywall work that was needed to make a big screen work in the room and it turned out well. Maurice also did some other work in our home, hiding the wiring for one TV, re-routing a coaxial cable to another TV and making a custom mount to go over our stone wall fireplace, and setting up a receiver for our downstairs audio system. This required new volume controls in all rooms, which he also handled the order & install.
