Heath Remodeling

Heath was on time and did a nice job. There is one minor issue with a transition that Rick will be taking care of this week

Rick clearly communicated with us about the project. He let us know about the progress and expected completion. He not only took on the flooring but also removed wallpaper and painted two rooms. He did a fantastic job on everything. We were so very pleased with the work. I We would gladly hire him again! He also helped us with ordering materials from the DIY store.

We had Rick paint our large living area. The space has high ceilings and one area over an open stairwell. We just didn't want to take it on. Rick's bid was competitive and his work was excellent. We couldn't be more pleased. We had a couple of "while you're here" jobs that we had him work on as well. He put up some tiles on our backsplash area of the kitchen and installed some attic stairs in our garage. Again, we were more than satisfied. He always came when he said he would. If he would be arriving at a time other than agreed upon, he would let us know. When we have more work to be done, Rick will be the first person we'll call.

Rick did a great job tearing out my old deck (and hot tub) and building a new one from my own plan. His recommendations for changes were spot on; the finished design benefited from his experience. The new deck and second story balconies are beautiful and receive positive reviews from my neighbors! Rick was great to work with, completed the work in a timely manner, and cleaned up well when finished. I highly recomend Rick as a deck builder!

We had a very good experience with Heath remodeling. The project was in the works for a few weeks and Heath Remodeling was in touch with us periodically to discuss materials , design and costs. Every time that we tweaked the design plan, HR furnished us with an updated quote, which we really appreciated. The ability to talk the project through, before starting was also a big plus.

Working with Rick was a joy - he not only installed the new tile, he even helped me choose it. He also went out of his way to help with an appliance problem I was having at no extra charge. It's so wonderful to find someone with this kind of excellent customer service - you can bet I'll be using him again, along with recommending Rick to others. The finished job seems to be quite good and the cost was very good. It took some corrections the day installed, a Saturday. Caulking was done poorly, and the foot lock had been missed on one patio door. Later, we discovered that one door was difficult too lock since it was catching on the frame when closed. Also the rubber stop that is needed to keep the door from opening too far and thus to prevent damage to the handle was missing. The 3rd problem was that the foot lock had not been completely installed. For the 2nd Patio door we found that it was difficult to lock unless done just right in a couple of moves. The lock had not been installed correctly. I called Monday morning and the needed repairs were made that afternoon. Now finding that cold air comes in under the 2nd door. I am happy with the installed patio doors for low cost.

He was fast - courteous and friendly.I will defiantly use him again. I have several projects in mind.

Rick was friendly. Let us know about his arrival and departure times, let us know when he needed to skip a day. Made good suggestions,and offered to pick up paint for us. He could also paint while carrying on a conversation

Rick was excellent to work with. Very responsive and great at explaning any reason that the plan had to change as the job unfolded. I'd highly recommend him to anyone. I am having him do some more work for me based on my experience.

I was very pleased with Heath Remodeling. Rick was careful, neat, and relatively quick. He was also very knowledgeable about his profession. I wasn't at all disappointed.
