Germantown is supposed to come out every three months to inspect my home for pests. The problem is they only come out twice a year. I have never called them, so I cannot speak to their responsiveness to me. Germantown employees vary, some are very polite and informative of what they have found and the treatments required. Some of the people who come out are not as dependable or as attentive. They are very neat and clean, and when they leave there is no work for me to do.

They did a pretty good job for us, and they always showed up on time. They were very reliable, and their work was effective. They kept the termites away and the yard looking nice. We discontinued their service and switched to someone else because their prices were pretty expensive.

Germantown Pest Control calls me each year to set up an appointment to inspect my home and spray for pests. They are polite and informative of what they are doing and what they find. The quality of their work is good, although I did have some residual cleanup to do after they were finished. The only problem I have with Germantown Pest Control is they are sometimes slow to return phone calls.
