I retained Diamond Lawncare to install sod on my property. The work was done so much to my satisfaction that I have arranged for them to take care of all my lawn care needs year round.

Mr. McCalla promised me he would be fair, but he was NOT. His guys came to my home, cut my grass, submerged grass into my new munch, and around my fence area. My neighbor called me and complained about the mess McCalla left in front of their home (cove area). His guys had to come back and clean up. I was charged $260 (first cut - went over yard 3x due to 3 weeks overdue of cutting and second cut) I do not live on an acre. My brand new much is destroyed and the grass clippings have rooted. This is a total mess and Mr. McCalla was extremely rude about the whole ordeal. I asked him to come to the property and see the work his guys had performed, but he did not see it as being an issue. I did not want services bad or not free but I wanted not to pay an overcharged amount for the poor customer, poor service, no professionalism. I really tried working through this with Patrick McCalla, but he showed me his true character. Never will I use this service again the only reason I used it, in the beginning, was due to the reviews that show, but they apparently had different service guys than I do. If my words are confusing it is because I am so hurt and mad about being scammed. I found out that McCalla guys cut the wrong lawn location in the cove and apparently charged me for that yard too.

These guys did an awesome job. This was a redo of the front yard landscaping, brick demo and new border (not brick replacement). Where I knew what I wanted, they did that, where I wasn't sure they offered great design ideas. They were here when they said they would be to look a the job and as agreed throughout the project. The final cost was exactly what was quoted. And, it looks great! When we're ready to do our backyard, I will call them again no question.
