CREATIVE KITCHENS & BATH

The guys from Creative Kitchens & Bath did not get back to me. I left my number with them and they never called back. When I went to their shop, I couldn’t get the salesperson that drew the plan up. He said he would get back to me in a couple of weeks after his vacation. To me that shows no interest in doing the work.

We have ordered cabinets from Creative Kitchens, Collierville, TN for three homes that we have built, but it has been several years since we last used them. When we decided to remodel the kitchen in our current home we went back to Creative. I tried to get another quote from Cenwood, but when you leave three messages and never get a return call, I decided it was best to stay with a company I know provides good customer service. The owner of Creative Kitchens called me back the same day that I called; came to our home and measured everything within a week of the call; and he helped us in our selection after we told him what we were looking for. We are very happy with the service and products at Creative.

Contract was signed March 6, 2010 to be completed by April 6, 2010. The salesman never came to the house for final measurements before ordering and ordered the wrong cabinet style. The black cabinet faces received were NOT comparable quality to what was in the showroom. This was no fault of Creative Kitchens but it was clear after the third order there was something wrong with the supplier and/or Creative Kitchens communications with the supplier. Final installation was 12/21/2010.

The quality of the work was good bu the communication was not great. The amount of time it took to do the job was longer than we anticipated.

Their work is superior. Their communication has been excellent and the quality of their work is what really stands out to me.

I was so happy when I saw what they were able to do with my kitchen. They did a wonderful job, even doing such a nice job that my kitchen was featured in Mid-South Magazine. The man in charge kept telling me "if it's not right, you tell me and we'll fix it" and they did. They were very creative in making my one of a kind kitchen suited just for me. They were the nicest people to work with and i cannot say enough good things about them. They remodeled everything including all new appliances, and they charged a fair price, it was worth every penny. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to others.
