+ -1 moreExtremely happy with this whole experience. No service call for the 1st visit, answered all of my questions. Came back the second exactly on schedule and the unit was working 10 minutes later. Very reasonable and very professional! Plan to use them to service the A/C units going forward, so that's probably my highest praise.
Description of Work: Had no heat in one zone of our house. Showed up within 3 hours and determined the problem very quickly - with no charge. Came back the next day and replaced the board.

+ -1 moreThey made an appointment for 4 P.M. and showed up right on the minute. They were done in about 2 hours. No problems since, but they assured me that if I had ANY problem it would be taken care of right away. They didn't even charge me for the Saturday service call.
Description of Work: My A/C quit working on a Saturday. I called them and within an hour they called back. They came out at 6:30 and said the system was low on refrigerant. They put in enough freon to last me until they could come back on Monday to make a diagnosis. On Monday, they tested and said there was a leak in the evaporator coil. They gave me three options to repair it ranging from about $900 to replace the coil to $4700 to replace the entire unit with a higher capacity unit. I chose to replace the entire unit with one of the same capacity (4 tons).

+ -1 moreWe were very happy we decided to go with Collierville for this new furnace. They were very professional and installed the unit without any problems whatsoever. We thought the price was right in the area we were looking for and the men that came were professional and cleaned up well.
Description of Work: They took out the old furnace and put in a brand new one which covers 1750 square feet of space. They did this within the same day and took the old furnace away when they were finished.

+ -1 moreI think the workers for this company were outstanding. My furnace has been maintained yearly and I have never had a problem with it. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone.
Description of Work: The service provider comes to my home yearly to clean the filters on my furnace and to make sure it s running properly.

+ -1 moreThe company that first came out said I had a broken coil and I needed a whole new unit. He had only looked at it five minutes. So I turned to Collierville Heating. He was a very honest man. He refilled the Freon because he knew right away what the problem was. He did not try to take me for a new unit or a pricey repair job.
Description of Work: My air conditioner was not getting cold. It turns out it had a Freon leak. They were able to fix it and refill the Freon to the unit.
