"I hired this company for a one time deep cleaning of my home. They came out, viewed my home, observed the pet hair and provided an estimate that we agreed upon. I clearly asked what was covered in her deep cleaning. They arrived at 8am and did not leave my home until after 6:30pm. They completed upstairs and after checking behind them it was if nothing was done. The floors were not clean, dust was still everywhere, they half cleaned the baseboards and did not sanitize anything. One of the women went upstairs to redo ALL of the things that I pointed out and it still was not cleaned properly. There was hair on everything because they used the same towels in all areas. My home smelled like a sour mop when they finished. When expressing my dissatisfaction the owners response was that it was too much pet hair. I reminded her that she was aware of the pet hair when she came and provided the quote the day before and that pet hair has nothing to do with half doing the job they were hired for, my baseboards and countertops having human hairs all over everything they wiped from using the same dirty rags. She was not concerned with the quality of her work and should not have agreed to complete a job that she is obviously not equipped to handle. Their only concern was receiving full payment. The owner also had a man showing up to my home without asking if I mind if she shares my address. Her profile states she accepts credit cards, but when it was time to pay she informed me she does not take credit cards. If I did not have guests arriving and was not in a time crunch I would have sent them home after evaluating the job they did upstairs!"

"I've dealt with John, who I think is the owner of Multitask Repairs for an extended warranty repair on my frig. When we talked he blasted my warranty company, CPS as being difficult to work with, that they were known not to approve work timely and I would be better off going with another company like Sears. However, this hasn't been my experience. Since John submitted his estimate to the warranty company for the repairs, the work was reviewed and approved in under a week. But since the approval I've discovered that John is actually the one that is difficult to work with. This gentleman has made every excuse imaginable as to why my frig has not been repaired - to "Oh man I couldn't find your number to get your address" to "I had too many calls today so I couldn't make it." And now it's been almost two months since the approval and my frig is still not working. I am really surprised that Multitask Repairs is still in business especially on how they treat their customers. I have been more than patient, but I have never dealt with someone as unprofessional and irresponsible as John and if you have the option to take your business and money elsewhere - do it and save yourself the headache. Avoid this company if you can."
