+ -1 moreDon't be fooled by the good price! Owner was friendly & prompt when she came out but 2 workers (likely high school seniors or recent HS grads) were very young & inexperienced. They only spot cleaned & left very visible things undone like food crumbs under kitchen cabinets, did not mop or thoroughly clean bathrooms, I found a spider web on a ceiling fan. Service was done on a Friday afternoon & I reached out to owner Sat AM with no response till the next week. Her brochure says satisfaction is guaranteed OR they come back and redo areas. When I spoke with her, she didn't even offer that. She did say she would talk to the workers. Since this was their 1st time servicing my home, a concerned owner should have come out to inspect after workers were done so she could see if work was done satisfactorily. I ended service after only 1 service - I'm convinced that the 1st service should have been better or should have offered/honored the commitment to redo stated on the fancy green brochure. Poor service & not honoring your commitments is BAD business. I didn't care to give her any more $ for that!

+ -1 moreIt’s $100 every time they come out. They come every two weeks. Very competitive. They have a set of keys and alarm codes so they can turn up sometimes, but it’s always a Monday. Overall “B” – I guess for the lack of communication, cause it’s hard and she’s Spanish. Trying to explain to do something, it is pretty hard. One of the women actually speaks English. So, if I wait for her, I can explain to her and then she will explain to the rest of them.
Description of Work: I used Cleaning Maid Easy for house cleaning. They did everywhere, they cleaned the bathrooms. They occasionally do the blinds. Wash the floors in the bathrooms and kitchen, that kind of thing.

+ -1 moreThis was the first time I used this service. My house was a disaster. They cleaned 2,400 sq ft in under 4 hours and did a beautiful job. My floors are shining, there is no dust anywhere and we are very happy. We plan to use them every 2 weeks from now on.

+ -1 moreIt went fine, but I would have had to pay more for them to finish (cleaning above the cabinets ie dusting) A few days after they cleaned, my daughter noticed that her diamond cross necklace was missing. We did not assume they took it until we looked everywhere for a week. I called Honi (owner) all she could say is she's never had a problem like that. I expected a bit more from them. We learned to put all your good jewelry away . .

+ -1 moreI called to set up a cleaning about 10 days before I needed them to come. An appointment was set up, and I assumed that she was going to send a team to come and clean on that date. On the day before she was supposed to come, I double checked to confirm the appointment. The owner, Honi, did not remember me, or that she had said that she was going to clean my house. Then she told me that she could not send a team out, but she would come for an estimate! I had out-of -town guests arriving the next day, and I was left in the lurch. I can't recommend this person. She was unprofessional.

+ -1 moreWe have had 3 services so far, and so far so good. We have been very happy with Honey (the owner) and her staff. We will continue to use them. Personally, I think $100 is well worth it, but giving them a B on price just because there are probably a few cheaper options, but like I said, they have been great so far!
Description of Work: Cleaning 2/3 of our house. They are currently cleaning our home every other week. They are cleaning 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, kitchen, living room, dining room, foyer, stairs, and hallways. To keep the cost down, we are NOT having them clean guest bedrooms and the bonus room except as we request it.

+ -1 moreThey do a good job. They are a little expensive but the lady that owns the company runs it like a business and she pays taxes. She tries to do it properly and that is the reason they are a little expensive. I use them consistently every two weeks and I would recommend them.

+ -1 moreIt was great, and things turned out fine. I just left them the key and the alarm code, and it was all done when I got home; they were there when I was not around. I haven’t ever met the lady who runs the company or actually met any of the staff. The price was fair; they matched the price with what I thought the price would be. They gave me the estimate and everything on a Friday, and then they cleaned on the Monday. They were highly rated on Angie’s List. I would use them again in the future.

Description of Work: The cleaning ladies showed up at inconsistent times. It seemed they showed up earlier and earlier each time - a difficult thing since I work nights. I once tried to reschedule due to being called into work early. The owner, Honi gave me such a hard time that I cancelled their services immediately. Additionally, I found dust on my lampshades as well as lots of pet hair under my furniture - tables, etc. - that I thought should have been cleaned. I thought that was part of their service.

+ -1 moreThe owner, Honi Shirley, came to my home for the estimate the same day I phoned. She was professional, personable and thorough. She made a very good impression. The ladies came to clean later that same week. I noticed a few areas under furniture that were missed and couple of other minor things, so I sent Honi an email asking that these be addressed on the next visit and they were. I hired this service to replace the lady who had been taking care of my home for over 12 years (She turned her mop in for a desk at her son's company). She was practically irreplaceable, and while not even my own mother could do the fine job she did, the ladies at Cleaning Maid Easy have filled the void very well.

+ -1 moreWe had an excellent experience with Cleaning Maid Easy. They do a good job. But they could have done a better job at moving the furniture to clean the floors. I saw dead spiders behind the furniture after they left. We hired them to help with the floors specifically. The first cleaning was not as fast, as it was detailed, and took 7 hours. They have been faster with the follow up since. 2 ladies do the work and they are always on time. It is a little hard for my husband as they do not speak much english. It is a little hard for him to communicate with them.

+ -1 moreThey came in and went to work immediately, asking no questions or talking unnecessarily. They brought their own supplies and worked quickly and efficiently. They did not mop or vacuum the floors of the closets, but that was because the doors were closed. I will open them next time and ask them to do those floors, too. It was hard to tell that there were ladies working all over the house, but it was evident that they had been here. It was a positive experience.
Description of Work: They thoroughly cleaned upstairs and downstairs of my large home. This was their first time, so it took more effort, although the house wasn't terribly dirty.

+ -1 moreI feel like that I was taken advantage of because I couldn't actaully see what they were doing, and they knew it. I did email owner pics( friends took them for me) and letters, to which she replied that she couldn't open emails and something was wrong w/ her account. They offered to correct it for me by sending someone to re clean, but after you feel like people have taken advantage of you, you don't want them back in your house.
Description of Work: I hired this cleaning company prior to my brain surgery so that I would know how well they did beforehand and so I wouldn't have to deal w/ looking for one afterwards, not knowing if I would have any issues or not. They seemed to be honest and I thought their prices were reasonable, so I hired them to come once a week. The first few times I was THRILLED w/ the service. However, because I could not bend down and/or lift things after my surgery, I was not able to see if they were doing things that I pointed out needed to be done and they said was part of service( like mopping and vaccumming floors and getting under furniture) . I purposefully hired a cleaning comapny for these resaons only. I had people come by daily for a week or so afterwards to help me w/ food and such. A good friend noticed lots of cat hair under my settee in living room, she moved the settee for me and there were wads of dust and hair under it! I was not happy as I checked there after there first initial cleaning , as that is a place that just because of its location to foot traffic and such, gets dirty and is noticable, and it was spotless. Now it was filthy, and hadn't been touched apparently in a couple of weeks- at least. So, because of that, I asked her to please look around floor and furniture and see if she noticed anything else; She did and pointed it all out to me. I was mad. I couldn't understand how the cleaning women were only spending like 1.5 hours in my house to clean. I have a 5000+ square foot house and its pretty darn clean all the time anyway, but having cats I need(ed) dusting and vacumming, mopping done moreso and did point that out to them originally.

+ -1 moreI originally had 2 Chicks and a Broom. The first 2 times they were just satisfactory and after that it was downhill all the way until 2 weeks ago it was so bad I called and cancelled the service and called in House Maid Easy. The difference is HMED works by the job and 2 Chicks worked by the hour. They never got through and that was not satisfactory. HME works by the job no matter how long it takes. They cost a few dollars more but they are worth every cent.
Description of Work: Two women showed up on time with a ton of equipment and started immediately. They scrubbed so h****** my doors that I thought the paint would come off, For the first time in months the house not only looked clean it smelled clean. And I have been assured the same people will e here each time They were whirlwinds, not like the Two Chciks and a Broom whom I had previously. With them the house never really looked clean, there was never anyone to check up on thr workers and no one ever asked me if I was satisfied and the same people never showed up again.. So I switched to House Maid Easy and am totally satisfied and happy. I do not recommend 2 Chicks. HME cleaned the entire house from top to bottom which is all I asked for.

+ -1 moreThey arrive promptly and go straight to work and bring everything they need to use. They put things back where they belong. They do not use floral, fruity cleaning liquids - so the house just smells clean when they are finished. I have 2 dogs (who shed) and I'm happy to say that when the cleaning ladies leave, I don't have dog hair on my floors.
Description of Work: $125 for initial cleaning; after that, $95 for subsequent cleanings. They come every 2 weeks and do a very thorough job of cleaning my house.
