+ 1 moreHe is a very detailed person. He is not the fastest worker, but he does a good job. I did not get many estimates from others.
Description of Work: I used Chuck's Remodeling to put a plastic corrugated roof over my patio. He also did some insulation on doors.

+ -1 moreMy house was built in the mid 1970's. The combination security lock on my front door failed and needed replacing. Mr Lockwood replaced this lock in about an hour even though the door and door jamb had been modified over the years. He did an outstanding job and a reasonable time at a fare price.

+ 0 moreWhen Chuck came to give an estimate he brought all of his tools with him. The job was more than either of us expected, and it was good for Chuck (and fair in my eyes) that he charged by the hour, not by the job. We agreed on an hourly rate and he began immediately. He did great work, was very professional and did a great clean-up job.
Description of Work: We had 2 exterior doors repaired. The damage was a combination of rot from the weather and scratching by a couple of dogs. Chuck repaired both doors and did an excellent job.
