+ -1 moreNot at all. Banks removed my old M&S intercom system that had failed. I sent it to another company for repairs and when it was sent back, repaired, Banks refused to reinstall the unit. I am absolutely flabbergasted. Pretty unprofessional, I'd say.

Description of Work: Inspected the intercom. We had arranged for a full upgrade. Turns out that they recommended a repair of the existing system. Saved us nearly 1800.00. They are truly concerned about their customers.

He was most helpful and courteous. It worked. Even if that had not worked and they had to send someone, I would recommend this electrical company to anyone!!! They are a A+ organization.

+ -1 moreThey installed the electrical outlet as requested. The whole estimate and installation took less than 45 minutes. I was very pleased how straightforward the process and pricing was. I didn't expect them until Wednesday, but they showed up on Monday (they were here promptly at 8 am, however). The technician didn't talk much, but he got the job done! The only complaint (other than getting the day wrong) would be that I had to adjust the faceplates so they were straight after the job was complete.

When I called to simply set a time for an estimate, they started telling me no there is no "free" estimate because they might need to do work to figure out what is wrong. All I needed was a company to come a**** what was wrong and write an estimate. This company does not provide that service.

Description of Work: Replaced several chandeliers, serviced bathroom vent, including replacing motor, installed dimmers, etc. They confirmed the day before, came on time, and did the work in a professional manner. They also offered expert advice about how to deal with a chandelier that didn't work (it needed to be re-wired) and returned promptly when that work was done to hang the fixture.

+ 0 moreI called Banks Electrical and the electrican came out. Got the GFI to reset, but as soon as I put a load on it, it tripped again. The electrican came back out, found the actual problem. He was professional and worked until he found the problem and fixed it. I would recommend the company for electrical work in the Memphis area.
