After contacting Arbor Masters we arranged with Russ to come out and give us an estimate. He took his time and gave us a verbal estimate and then followed this up with an emailed estimate. Russ was very polite and took the time to explain the options to us as we had an Oak with some damage to the trunk and instead of cutting it down - which other companies had suggested - he suggested other ways of repairing it. I felt comfortable that he knew what he was talking about. We arranged a date for the work to begin. His team turned up and I was impressed with how quickly they got on with the work. At the end of the day they cleared up and I would not have known they had been there until I looked up into the trees. What a fantastic job they had done. The transformation was great!! They returned and completed the work now my yard is minus the three unsightly trees, I have two wonderful looking Oaks and lots of sunlight.

Fast and efficient. Did a great job. They had the trees down in a couple of days and didn't mess up anything in the house or yard.

When the workers finished, they came up to me and said that the tree was dying -- once they had climbed up they saw that there was a big hollow center in the trunk. I was very upset since I wouldn't trim a tree that should have been taken down. I called Russ and asked why I wasn't told when this was discovered. It seems his people didn't contact him. Then he said to me that since I had asked him to trim less so the price would be lower, he thought I wouldn't pay to take the tree down. That was outrageous. He did offer to come back and look at the tree. I haven't really asked him to do so, but I will. I'd use him again only if we arranged a special deal since he had done the trimming when in fact the tree should have been taken done.

I have had a good experience working with Arbor Masters. They show up and do what they say that they are going to do. They are good.

I found this company in the phone book and when I called them they were very responsive to my problem. They came out and actually started from the top of the tree and worked their way down since it was so close to the house. They were very careful of what they were doing and took every precaution necessary.
