Description of Work: Used mover three times. Twice while floor was being installed and refinished. Moved furniture to garage. All went well here. After floors finished, moved back from garage. Again used to move finance from Southaven to Collierville after we married. Just found out that the move from the garage was bad. The movers only partially put the bed back together in the master bedroom. Screws left out and some stripped. I had to take the bed completely apart when I noticed that it was falling apart. This is a $5000 bedroom suit. Now has to be repaired with new bolts/screws. Not the way I wanted to spend my evening especially when I'm temporarily disabled with back and knee problems. Texted the owner and he thought I was threatening him. Just informed him that I was going to put comments on Facebook. Gave him my name but he didn't know who I was. I would rather pay more and get quality people. Used this company because recommended by guy doing the hardwood floors. $1100.00 was the approximate total of the moves.

Description of Work: They came with a crew of two very nice people who were attentive and listened to us. They started packing quickly and efficiently. It wasn't as great (especially the supplies they bring) as one of the VanLines moving that we had in the past, but for the price of under a $1000, it was a good deal. The only issue that I had with the whole process was the number of boxes. They ran short of boxes and we had to take a few trips to Lowes to get boxes. By the afternoon, they started getting tired and missed a few cupboards and drawers (with some heavy books and pots and pans) but this is as much our fault as it is theirs as we could have gone through every single drawer or cabinet and told them what was left and they would have packed it (in our boxes but no big deal there). Again, no big deal if they had just told us a little ahead of time to have some extra boxes on hand as they might run out and may be a third member on the crew could have been a big help as the two would not have gotten tired so fast. Overall, I liked their services and would more than likely recommend them and use them again. The only reason I gave quality a B was due to shortage of boxes and end point quality assurance where one person should have walked through the place with the owner to make sure everything the owner needed was packed and loaded.
