It was a pleasure doing business with these folks. All were super nice and very professional. They came when they said they would, and they did what they said they would do. They repaired my porch, sidewalk and driveway, and advised me to reroute some water drainage to avoid having problems again. It was NOT an inexpensive project, but it was necessary. I consider it an investment in my property. Without repair it was obvious to me that my concrete work was going to disintegrate over time. Now it is fixed and is warranted for life, transferable to the new owner if I sell my house. If I have other problems around here, I’ll be calling. Them again. An an additional perk, I was able to pay for it all on my credit card so I could generate some points and did not have to stress about getting funds transferred from my saving account before the job was finished.

They are very professional and very accommodating, I cannot say enough words about them, They were just great, Their business is very kind and professional.They were very helpful and honest. He went through every little detail.

I have not had the company complete the work order, so I am strictly reviewing their customer service portion. TFS is an extremely professional company and every aspect of service I have had so far has reflected this. Pros: -Service agent was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. -Service agent spent over two hours going over options -I felt that I had received the best option for my situation Cons -Scheduling an appointment for an agent to come out to my location took over a month.

We thought that we had foundation problems causing leaks showing on our sheetrock in the basement. When TFS arrived to access the problem they were unable to find the problem without tearing out the sheetrock.. we decided to address faulty downspouts first in case that was the cause of the problem. TFS did a very good job with this project.

Our problem was assessed by an engineer and the plan was thoroughly reviewed with us. A time was scheduled in advance and the construction crew arrived within the time scheduled. Even though the work was planned over two days, the crew worked constantly for one day and completed the job ahead of schedule. Good job all around.

Vintage Construction was great from start to finish. I could not have been more impressed. If you have foundation or basement repair needs I would call them today.

Salesperson was very honest did not try to sell me more than I needed. High quality materials used stainless steel I-beams and stainless steel jacks if you are looking for long term solution this definitely will work for you. I'm very happy with the work that has been done the crew is very polite and professional

John Batcheler came out and looked at my leveling project and decided I needed to use foam injection instead of cement. They did an excellent job but ran out of foam before the job was complete. They apologized and said they would make another appointment to finish the job. They refused any money till the job was complete. I am awaiting their call as of this date. So far I am very happy with their services and the cost of the project. I would highly recommend others to do business with this company.

John Batcheler the foundation specialist was the best! Extremely knowledgeable, prompt, courteous. He completed the work in a very timely manner and I would recommend these people to anybody. They are very honest and you can count on them to do the job right.

The estimator, Bo, knew what he is doing, explained things well, and wrote the estimate with me watching. The conduct of the entire construction crew was very professional. The entire company seems dedicated to doing the job "right" including getting the details right. Repaired areas (brick & porch) look great. Contract is fair with the exception of a lopsided hold-harmless agreement.

They actually referred me to another contractor which has worked out well.

I was really upset with these folks. The did not finish the job but still charged me. The forgot tell me the most important part the dehumidifier was not installed. They told me I had to spent an additonal $200 to hook it up. Something they neglected to tell me up front. Then when the electrician came to hook it up for $40 an hour it wasn't even installed so he could. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

Crew did good job, but no communication about late morning start. Left tractor marks in grass/soil that were not leveled before re-seeding. Seeded areas normally mulched, and did not ask me, and I was home.

They did a good job at a reasonable price. The fireplace bricks had large cracks. They leveled the fireplace under the house and patched the mortar on the bricks.

Fanrtastic service and job. Saved a ton of $$$. I am very stingy with recommendations but I have told many people about the great job Vintage did.

He came prepared with copies of his license and insurance. Job scheduled and done as promised. Completely professional!

Great overall with the exception that my contractor did NOT show up on the original scheduled date. He did not contact me to let me know. I contacted Vintage and they told me he had sent an email, but I wasted a day waiting around. I would NOT have found out if I didn't call Vintage myself. I rescheduled the date (as I needed the work done) and gave the contractor 1 more chance. He showed up - right on time - and did a GREAT job. Very pleased.
