They showed up almost on time. They did 11000 dollars worth of work in about 4 hours. So the quality of work suffered. They were supposed to make the concrete porches shed water by sloping. they were supposed to seal around the perimeter of the slab but only did next to the house. they were supposed to fix the cracks in the porch but did not. The hideaway system was installed above instead of next to the footer. They did not install enough of it. They were supposed to fix the dip on the floor but all they ended up doing was stopping a squeak. They are working to address the issues. we will see.

Job started in November and is still not finished. The landscaping was left in horrible conditions. Many others have seen it and commented on how bad a job they did. Instead of digging and putting in supports the worker just slapped mortar on the cracks. They start out friendly and then do horrible finishing of jobs. I would NOT recommend this company.

This was an intense project that included several issues. I am very pleased with all of the TFS team and how they worked together to complete my home stabilization, encapsulation, and mold/mildew elimination. Could not ask for a better, professional group!

I hired chimney King. And they did a top-notch job in record time. I was very impressed with the professionalism and the willingness to work with me on short notice.

The sales person was very good and the the Crew was great, Communication was the pits, They no showed me on the the day it was scheduled after I called to make sure they were coming! I was later told the truck broke down and they left a message at my office. I expected more and they should have called me at home/cell. Also NO ONE ever called to apologize even after I called and send an e-mail. I was happy with the work ( so far ) but not happy with the way I was treated.

A few delays but overall stayed abreast of project and communication of progress was consistent. Sincere staff and commitment to good workmanship.

Did a great job

We entered into a contract that I paid for in full at the time of the assessment. Company was supposed to contact me within 1-2 days to set up date to do work. I had to contact them twice to get a reason. 6 1/2 days after I was given an estimate, SIGNED THE CONTRACT and paid for the work, I was told that the repair cost was going to be $6051 versus the $1188 that I was quoted at the site. You can't make this stuff up. Not really sure how they can slide themselves out of the contract. Per the contract, I only had THREE days to change my mind about the work being done. Will NEVER, NEVER even attempt to utilize this company for anything ever again!!!

Very professional business. There are some companies run by amateurs then there are those that are totally professional and organized and this is one of them. They are busy so expect a few weeks out to get scheduled in but they do a great job and were very friendly.

Very thorough investigation. Provided options for repair during estimation. I will provide more input once the actual job is completed.
