He seems to know everything about concrete. He was very fairly priced when compared to estimates I got for the same large job from three other concrete contactors. He really cares about the satisfaction of his customers, the quality and appearance of the finished product, and his long-time crew which he views and treats as "family". He can "picture frame-finish" your expansion joints to make the appearance of the slabs very attractive. In my opinion, Herbert was absolutely the best person for my large concrete job (four full truckloads of high strength concrete). Thank you.
