Mold Assessment/Testing Environmental Mold & Mycotoxin Assessment (EMMA), is a solution-based visual Assessment with a collection of a variety of samples including, but not limited to, swab, air-o-cell, tape lift, bulk and VOC and may include other diagnostics as recommended by the IAQ professional. Such diagnostics might include Thermography, Radon, particle counts and other diagnostics offered within the scope of the assessor's licensing. Remove and dispose of mold-infested materials, such as drywall, insulation, and carpeting, according to EPA guidelines including the "HEPA Sandwich" where we complete 2 detailed vacuuming with a microfiber wipe in-between. Clean and disinfect surfaces to eliminate mold and spores. Dry out the affected area thoroughly to prevent future mold growth. Use air purification equipment to eliminate spores in the air Discuss implementing measures with you to control moisture, such as fixing leaks, improving ventilation, and using dehumidifiers.
