 + 1 moreI have had numerous experiences in using and referring John Kutchera on my jobs and to my customers, always with glowing reports from my customers and I myself have always been completely satisfied with the results, and the cost.
Description of Work: I have used John Kutchera repeatedly over the last couple of years to do all types of carpentry and finish work that is beyond my skill level. I am a painting contractor who relies on him to do work that makes me look good to the customers to whom I refer him. His work ethic, quality of work, value of work, and the quality of his character has been proven time and again so that I would not consider using anyone else. He comes through for me every time. He has built custom fireplace surrounds and mantels, installed beautifully complex crown moldings, doors, windows, exterior work of all kinds, decks, etc. He is a superb craftsman, and I consider myself very fortunate to have such a man to call on to do this important work.

Description of Work: John replaced exterior wood siding deteriorated and damaged by wood peckers. Additionally, he anchored wood railing on a deck that presented a dangerous situation; and added an enginered product to protect the wood siding on the deck from "wicking" moisture and rotting.

 + 2 moreJohn provided me with great service. He was well organized and knew the right people to get things done. I let him know how I wanted my yard to look and he did it to the specifics. I was satisfied with his work and everything he did for us.
Description of Work: He poured a 50 by 20 foot driveway for me, did some landscaping, and built a four foot brick wall for my yard.
