Had noise coming from our AC, we called and they got back promptly and scheduled the service the next day after thanksgiving which was the 29th. They said they could come on thanksgiving day but we don't want them to be away from their families so we offered for them to come the day after thanksgiving instead. They were able to fix and repair the issue and it was just great.

They got our problem straightened out and were on the ball about everything. They had to come out and do some extra work. They first bought a new heating unit out that was too big to fit in our attic. They should have measured it first before they brought it over. Then the unit stopped working and it took a little while for them to come out and fix it.

Asked Mike to quote us on a replacement HVAC unit. During the site visit he pointed out that the duct work was mis-sized for the size of house and the unit currently at the house. He explained how this created the issues that caused the unit to fail over the past few years and then terminally. A year later we asked him back to check into a duct issue. He identified the issue as something they had done that had failed prematurely and fixed it for no cost.

We paid nothing because it was under warranty. The guy we deal with, Mike, is personable, responsive, and good about following up. We did a complete replacement of the furnace and indoor tooling loops for the air conditioner about four years, and they did all of that for us.

I highly recommend this company. They replaced our heat exchanger for $984, which was MUCH cheaper than the other estimate we were considering. They replaced our thermostat for an additional $135. The guys were professional, honest, and easy to talk to.
