I could not be happier with the work that Davenport Tree & Landscape Service did at my home. I have never witnessed such hard working individuals! They were professional and knew what they were doing. Mr. Davenport gave me an estimate within a couple of hours of my call. Not only did they do a fantastic job taking down a huge hickory tree but they left my yard spotless. Not a stick left on the job. They have the best prices around! I am so pleased, that I am now going to have them reseed my yard in a couple of weeks. Thank you to the entire team!

I had the davenports do the work. I paid them in full. The one drain that they cleared and placed underground was not draining. I brought it to their attention ant they told me they needed a special tool to clear the drain. THEY NEVER RETURNED to clear the drain. I called and left several messages but they never came back. I had to pay another contractor to finish their work! Never again!

Mr. Davenport has come twice to provide advice and recommendations about landscaping project. The price he has quoted are more than reasonable, and he's always friendly, on-time and knowledgeable. He goes above and beyond to understand exactly what we want and does not try to sell us on something we don't want or need. I called three other landscapers in the area, one of whom made an appointment and said he would give us an estimate, but he never did come. Another one never did return my calls, while the third person provided an estimate that was so overpriced, we didn't even consider it.

I like the fact that they would do anything that ask. A lot of lawn services will mow and weed it and that's it. These guys will do anything. Having said that, I have to be there when you're there and make sure they do what I want him to do.

They were efficient.

The job took a little longer than expected due to some equipment problems, but the crew worked hard to overcome equipment shortcomings. They did everything we agreed on and more. I will hire them again.

He put down straw, but not the amount that was needed. Other than that, you won't find better guys to do the job. They are very safe.

Very Good. They cleaned up all mess they made by dropping the trees. They did everything we asked them to do, they even planted fresh grass and we did not ask them to.

A four-man crew arrived for the job with bucket truck, chipper, bobcat and flat bed. The climber cut and roped the limbs down with minimal damage to the lawn. The feller dropped the trunks in the desired spot. Brush and limbs were chipped, cut up and hauled off the same day. Three men returned the next day to haul off the logs, grind the stumps, and clean up. We split the proceeds from the sawmill.

They were very good, and I was very pleased with their service. Their price was quite fair. There was a lapse in communication, but they did a good job and I was happy with them overall.
