+ -1 moreI was very happy with the floors after the work was complete. The work went as described (length of time, etc). I had a lot of questions about what to expect because it required me to be out the living floor of my house. They were very patient and helpful to answer questions so that I would know what to expect and prepare accordingly. I called them with a lot of questions due to my situation before even deciding to get the floors done and each time, they were helpful, patient, and demonstrated that they really knew a lot about wood flooring.
Description of Work: Refinished cupped hardwood floors.

+ -1 moreI would recommend this company to anybody. They even post their home phone number! I think they are absolutely the best company you can imagine to do your hardwood floors. I have liked everything about them.
Description of Work: They spent 4 days sanding down my wood floors. They hand-stained the floor and let me pick from a few test areas. They also put 3 finishing coats on the floor and they sanded in between.
