+ -1 moreWhen replacing pool liner there were a few adjustments that needed to be made after it was installed, and they came back several times just to check on it and would call to make sure we were happy. When pool pump went out, they helped show me how to repair it myself to save money and provided parts that were needed. Same with pool vacuum that I took in to be checked out. They took me in the back and showed me how to repair and what needed to be done.
Description of Work: I have used Tri State Pools in Cleveland for over 10 years and will continue to do so. I will NOT use any other pool store! Everyone at Tri State is exceptional. I have purchased chemicals, pool liner, vacuum, and everything else that I have needed to maintain my pool for the past 10 years!

+ -1 moreService of parts, repair, water testing and chemical sales. Teaches you to care for pool properly.
Description of Work: This is my go to pool store for chemicals, parts, service, etc. bought a house with an older pool that was not cared for properly. Patti is wonderful! Always takes time to explain and teach. Prices are fair and quality is the best - dont waste money going to box store. I still take water in once a month for free testing so nothing gets too far out Of spec.

+ -1 moreTri State Pools were very professional. They had exactly what I needed. I told the guy the problem I had and he said "I have what you need." I went in and he explained to me that he could rebuild the part that I had but he replaced it with a new one for the same price and I had not had a problem ever since.
Description of Work: I had a bad part in filtration unit.

+ -1 moreThey are just very professional and if I ask them a stupid question, they give me an honest answer. That's what I like most about them. They don't give me an answer to try to sell me a product, they just answer my questions.
Description of Work: They came out and measured my pool to put in a new liner.
