Jim is a very easy-going young man who is easy to talk to. In 5 minutes I could tell he knew his business well. He is a very likable person with a great personality. He went right to work without any upfront money. His initial treatment gave a fantastic result. I am looking forward to seeing him in a few days for a follow up. I was surprised at the price he quoted me versus the quality of the work he did. I would most definitely recommend X-terminator to anyone with any type of pest problems.

This issue was embarrassing but he made me feel these things happen. I was told they will need to treat my house for 3 months in order to get any eggs that may be unseen. After the first spray, I have only seen 4 bugs. Very happy already. He was professional & assured me he will eradicate my problem. I recommend them to anyone that has this issue.
