I called The Xterminator for an immediate problem I was having and I could not have been more pleased with the response. Jim was knowledgeable and very helpful. We found the source of the problem and he laid out a plan to deal with it very shortly. We had to wait for agreeable weather, but on the first day that looked appropriate, I called him and he said it would probably be the next day before he could get to me, which was fine, but wound up coming that same day and completed the task. Very much put my mind at ease, and I will use him again if needed!

He was friendly and knowledgeable. We had quite a huge problem with bees and wasps. We have a few stragglers. He said that would happen. Since our problem is so huge; he will be comin back in three months and again. Making sure the cycle ends. They all die off. My daughter, my dog and myself have allergies to bees.

I received a call back immediately from Xterminator after submitting my request to Home Advisor. Jim let me know when he would arrive and was on time. The work was great and I will use them again.

I hired this company to get rid a ton of bees in my basement (I'm highly allergic to them). The owner of the company came and totally got rid of my bee problem - he did say it would take about 1 week for all of them to be gone (and they were) and told me how to avoid this problem in the future. Thank you Sir! Excellent price to keep me safe!
