I am prepared to dive into any project your looking to have completed or have done. I do remodeling and handyman repairs or your honey list for your home or business. No repair to small. I have over 35 years of experience. I take great care in all I do. I am a hard working independent and no subcontractors are used. I always keep home owners up-to-date on repairs as it progresses. This lady is not making a true statement regarding the service she wanted or the service she was offered. She wanted service the VERY NEXT DAY, within 24 hours of ordering her services. This lady called me on the telephone before even ordering the service. We arranged the service date for September 8th, after some discussion we agreed on the date and time. I did offer her service sooner for September 3rd or 5th but she refused service on those days because she said she was working. I sent her a message regarding our discussion on the telephone. This is when she told me she had changed her mind about getting the service after all. That she wanted service by the weekend. My schedule was already full and I was not able to get to her that quickly. What I do not understand is why she made the arrangement over the telephone FIRST before buying the service. Then only after arranging the whole deal did she cancel? I believe that she truly wanted service within 24 hours, thinking if she said she was going to cancel that I would try to fit her in. Well I am a one man show, with helpers when needed. I pride myself on the service I give and the time I take to complete any project. Rushing around to complete a job in a hurry so I can hurry to next job is not a standard I work by. I take the time needed to complete the job I am hired to do and I do the best possible I know how.

Description of Work: Steve performed odd jobs such as hanging pictures, light fixture, and repair bathroom faucets. He did a great job. Was very efficient and cleaned up everything when he was finished.

This is not a accurate ratting of my skills. [member name removed] purchased a Big Deal coupon of $99 for 3 hours without taking note of the items that I can or can not make repairs too. I do not do siding repairs at all and that is what [member name removed] wanted repaired. I sent him a message within 3 hours of his Big Deal purchase informing him that I did not do any siding repairs. That he could apply for a refund or I would be more than happy to make any repairs that fall into my area of experience. I feel it is very important to be honest on what I can or can not repair. If I can not repair an item I would rather tell someone I do not work on that particular item over doing a repair and not being able to repair it correctly and in a suitable manor.
