For the most part the cleaning was great, except in laundry room. It's were thrown away without authorization and items were lost or misplaced and not replaced.

Excellent Charles and his crew went right to work in removing the smoke damage from the house. The smell was everywhere. They set up work station to clean the carpet. Incredible work habits, reliable. We had no problems. House smells fresh & clean with no odor at all!
Description of Work: Smoke damage cleanup in entire house, carpet, rugs, furniture, work clothes, furniture, etc! Everything had to be cleaned but showers.

This man was a God send. I owned a duplex in Cleveland, TN that had a 6 inch spot of mold on it. I called another major water damage company on a Saturday. They told me it would be Monday to come out unless it was an emergency. I called Charles Adkins of Puroclean and he quickly respond and was there within 2 hours. He quickly saw my problem and told me he would take care of me. He over heard me say I needed a trailer to move household goods to a storage unit. He told me he had a storage unit AND a trailer. Not only did he rent me the trailer at a very fair price, he brought it to me, let me load it, and then pulled it to the storage unit (for a fee but very fair). He was such a gentle man. I was in a panic and he was awesome, compassionate and God sent him to meet my needs as I really didn't know who to call as I lived out of town. He is a very honest man and business man that is very talented to do many things. He has my trust that he will do what he says he will do. Not only did I trust him, but he trusted me as well that I feel many business owners won't do. He went up and beyond. I would use him again should something like this occur again.
Description of Work: Charles, repaired a water main line underground. Removed mold inside wall, de-humidified, dug down 3 feet, 2 feet wide, 23 feet long to seal the outside wall. He helped me move house hold goods to at new location

Charles Atkins and his team are excellent service providers. Very professional and very good on customer service and follow-up. Would highly recommend him. The encapsulation is very high quality and the moisture issue is resolved. We had a very large area to encapsulate (approx. 2500 square feet) and every inch was sealed well. We have had an issue with smell in the crawlspace after the encapsulation, which we've learned happens occasionally depending on soil gases in the area. Charles and his team have been great on follow-up to try to resolve the smell. The initial step was applying a BactiBarrier sealant, which didn't work for our issue. We are now looking at some vents on timers to push the air out of the crawlspace several times a day. While we haven't found the answer yet, but it has not been due to lack of effort or cooperation from the service provider. Finally, our dehumidifier stopped working and it was still under warranty. Charles coordinated the replacement and install so we didn't have to do a thing. Great customer service!!

+ -1 moreHe had 2 very nice, hard working men come out to do the work, he was on the job on and off answering any questions we had. He answered the phone when we called or texted a question They took out a lot of PVC of all sizes from under the house, it was a mess under there! Everything was cleaned up and hauled off. We are now waiting for the plumber to come and redo the plumbing so they can hook up the dehumidifier and plumb it out of the crawlspace. Every thing went well. We can't wait to have the dehumidifier on for a month or so, he said it would make our house dryer and smell better, I'll get back to you on that part. There is no mold under the crawl space.
Description of Work: First the contact with him was immediate. He arrived on time for our appointment. He gathered information from us. We showed him the mold we found after we had moved in, just one month prior. It was inside the house and inside a wall where the guest bath tub had leaked for a long time; there was mold under a vanity in the main bathroom that was not ducted right when the house was remodeled 10 years prior. After going under the house he explained what he saw and the process he would use: Remove insulation and dispose of it. Remove mold from floor joist and sub-floor, apply anti-microbial sealing agent to all floor joists and sub-floor, apply antimicrobial sealing agent to area around tub. Install a special fan during remediation process. Install an air scrubber in crawl space during remediation. They put in a special reinforced white liner, attached to the walls and columns, sealed the joints, sealed all the vents under the house. Then they put in a dehumidifier and will plumb it as soon as the plumbers redo our plumbing. They removed HVAC ducts and hauled them off, installed new ones. They replaced and redirected the dryer vent that had been blowing the warm dryer air under the house. They pumped the water out from the crawl space and he installed a floor warning device.
