+ -1 moreIf I could leave, no stars, I would. After being told several times that I lost my key to my lock and needed him to cut the lock off, He finally cut the lock off, but it took him a whole month to do so. Then I just got threatened through a text to be thrown in jail if I come on the property & He also called me a b****. Mind you I haven’t rented from him since June. I wouldn’t recommend him or any of his services to my worst enemy
Description of Work: I needed to rent a storage unit for less than one month

+ -1 moreDon't use this company! They were about 30min late, they over charged me a 150.00 dollers and it took only half the time. The owner said the cost would be around 450 for 4hrs. It only took 2hrs, they messed up the arm on one of my recliners, and scratched footboard. The owner said the extra charge was for fuel, "the truck doesn't run on air" A real jeak. Hinds sight is 20/20, I should of just refused to pay the extra and paid then what they quoted. The whole reason I writing is I have spoke with 3 others that had the same thing happen. THIS GUY IS A CROOK!
Description of Work: Moved one bedroom suite, two recliners, tv and a few totes

+ -1 moreThe entire experience was like a horror story. They did a terrible job packing. The woman that packed my kitchen put an open box of sugar in a box. There were also things missing.
