+ -1 moreMichael was our inspector. He arrived a little before the scheduled appointment and got right to work. Very professional and knowledgeable. He took time to explain what he was seeing as he worked his way through the house. The inspection report was detailed with a list of concerns as well as maintenance recommendations for prevention of future issues. I like how Pillar to Post gives you 3 tiers of pricing depending on how involved (or not) you want the inspection to be. I purchased the premium tier which allows for follow-up and consultation after the fact which I find very helpful. Would definitely use Pillar to Post again for any future home purchases.

+ -1 moreThe inspection was wonderful. Mike was fabulous. He did the inspection and then we met him at the end to discuss any issues and get our final report. We expected him to mention what was wrong, hand us our report, and leave but we were pleasantly surprised. He went through and showed us every issue in detail and answered every question we had thoroughly. Worth every penny.
