Joe was punctual and efficient. Explained what he needed to do for my roach problem, treated my house and yard, and the only roach I see now is a dead roach (occasionally). My main concern was putting poison down in the house with pets. No problem. Environmentally safe. I have very sensitive skin, and no effect on me. Thanks, Joe!

My son told me we had hundreds of wasps in our front yard when he got home from school. My wife is allergic to bee and wasp stingâ s and would end up in the ER. Obviously it was important to get someone out right away to fix this problem. Got in touch with Joe Hamby at Pest Shield and he asked me when I wanted him to check it out. Of course I said today. He gave me a price I was really comfortable with and was standing In my yard when I pulled in the driveway. He had already surveyed the yard. As luck would have it the wasps had disappeared by this time so this is a story with a happy ending. I have had less than desirable experiences with other pest control companies and will be calling Pest Shield for future services.

Joe showed up when he said and inspected the craw space and set bait trapes for my rodent problem. He also inspected the exterior of the house for entry points. I thought he was reasonably priced. He did more than he had to by fixing some of my duct work that was damaged.

Joe was a personable knowledgeable person. Did a through inspection of my house for termites. He noted termite damage along my outside perimeter fence and took care of it. He'll be doing my annual termite inspection.
