From the first meeting with Teo he thoroughly and pleasantly answered every question which we came up with. As we were not overly familiar with the intrinsic problems and logistics of replacing a roof, there were quite a few questions to be asked.
We had a bit of a delay due to some rough weather which pushed back the start of the project slightly, but obviously this is the fault of mother nature and not the contractor.
When the weather finally cleared, the crew arrived and began the project as scheduled and worked diligently. There are only a few small reasons I was not able to provide "A" ratings across the board:
1) The job took twice as long as estimated (two full days versus one). Quite honestly, I was very surprised to have been originally informed that the job would only take one day, so having the project run longer was not a surprise to me.
2) A mistake was made in the original measurements by the contractor which meant that a small additional cost was incurred above the quoted amount for the job. I realize that we could have "argued" over paying an additional amount for what was quoted, but having dealt with the owner (Teo) from the quotation forward I do feel as though the mistake was an honest one and even with the added cost the overall pricing was very fair.
Finally, the crew did a very nice job of cleaning the grounds and removing all of the debris from the perimeter of my home when the job was complete.
I will definitely consider utilizing Molot construction for future projects when something comes along which requires the services they provide. I feel that I was treated honestly and that their service was reasonably priced and provided good value.
