+ -1 moreI talked to the consumer rep to see why they didn't include this information in the warranty. All it says in big letters is "Free of charge, free of charge." I never even set up an appointment.
Description of Work: I called them after my dishwasher began leaking because I have a 20 yr warranty. I ended up talking to someone locally, she told me they would charge a trip fee of 129 dollars, plus parts. She also told me that they would not replace a hose, but only if the door was leaking or the tub liner leaked. They will replace the whole thing if one of these leaks, free of charge. They would still charge $129 to come out. I don't know where the water is coming from, but if it's not those parts, they charge me for parts.
