On Monday, 5-20-13 I called to see the status of our request. He was rude to me on the phone, this was my first time talking to the man. He said he would be here Tues evening, or Wed morning. This morning I called and he said he would be here as soon as he could. At 12:30 I called to see if he would be here by 3:30 this afternoon and he said he would try. I told him that wasn't acceptable and if he couldn't be here this afternoon to let me know and I would call someone else. He told me to call someone else. Had he been in contact with me during the week I might have understood his problem. I understand he works alone, but none of that lets him off the hook for being rude to me on my first contact with him. I would never give his name and number to a friend to service their unit. After our last phone contact I telephoned a business recommended on Angie's List and they have promised to be at my house between 3 and 5 this afternoon. And I even got a discount for being an Angie's List member.
