LRL IRRIGATION & DITCHWITCH SERVICE

LRL has been maintaining our sprinkler system for 8 years and they've done a good job for us. When we bought our house the sprinkler system was already in place but in poor condition. They worked with us to rehab the system and have continued to provide seasonal start-up and shut-down maintenance along with repairs as needed. Our green lawn is a testament to our working sprinkler system which they keep running. We don't have to call them for the seasonal maintenance - they just have us on their list and show up in late fall or early spring. They are pretty responsive when we do call and they are currently working with us on adding to our irrigation system.

Initially, it started out a little rough. Chad and I had set and appt to meet at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, 9/25/09. I was there but no signs of Chad. I called around 11:40, 11:50, 12: 20 but were unsuccessful. I did leave a message for Chad to call me back to discussed what happened. I left the house at 12:30 and head back to the office. Around 4P, I received a call from Chad stating he had problems with the job he was doing and his phone didn't have service. This is why he didn't show up for the 11:30 appt. However, when he called at 4P, I decided to give him one more chance. At 5:40P, he showed. After looking through the back yard, there were concerns that the backyard didn't have enough slop to carry the water. However, after a closer look, Chad determined that the slope is there and he can put in the French drain and hopeful solve my problem. After the appt, we decided to have the job done on Wed. 9/30/09. Chad arrived at 8:20 a.m. Before, I even got back to the house around 12:30, the job was done. So far, the drain works.

Chad wasn't able to do any work for me, but went above and beyond the call of duty helping me on the phone. He walked me through how to turn off a certain valve to shut the water off and gave me the name and number of someone else that could get to me the same day. I respect customer service and the word of mouth, this is someone that others need to know about.
