 + -1 moreSee above. The provider did not do anything. That's the problem. If we had a little customer service and communication I would not be so mad. I would NOT recommend this store to ANYONE!!
Description of Work: We purchased a refrigerator. It was on backorder from Oct. 17 and we are still waiting on Dec. 22. I have lost my rebate because of the date to be submitted. The store does not communicate with you. You have to call and inquire then they act like they don't know you and ask you to spell your name then put you on hold to check on your order then give you a false date that it will be delivered. They DO NOT go out of their way for you AT ALL. In the meantime, I have already PAID for a refrigerator I have not received!!!
