I was given this contractor by my home warranty company. He never called so i called him. He said he could make it tomorrow but will try to make it by end of day, this was 7/25/2014. I asked if he would update me in the afternoon and he said he would. He never called so I called him at 5:30 pm and received voicemail so I left a message to please update me, my house was hot. He never responded. I called him 07/26 at 8:30am and he answered so I asked if he was coming that morning and he said yes and would be there in an hour. At 11 am he was not there yet so I called him, and again voicemail, so I told him do not come. I will not deal with such unprofessional and disrespectful people.

He was very nice. He filled up our system with Freon, but it leaked again after a while. When I asked him to come out again for the furnace, it took a week for him to come out, and he said that it was the compressor. It took another week to come out with the compressor. When he did come out, the compressor was bad, and it took another week for him to come out with another compressor. After a month he was able to resolve the issue and it is working now. I didn’t like that I was the only one with a bad compressor, but wasn’t given priority even though I was on emergency heating for over a month.

They did a good job but were a little slow. The company told me it would take 4 days but it ended up taking 7 days to get it done. Other than that they did a really good job. There were a couple of days when they were supposed to show up that they did not show up until really late.

They did an excellent job. They cleaned it. It was good. Their pricing was very fair. They did a good job. It took them little time to get here but once they came, it was great. I would use them in the future.
