+ -1 morePoor! He stated the heat pump was clean and in good operating condition. Upon having the unit inspected by a second company, the unit was in deplorable shape. The sheet metal ductwork was not attached to the unit and the return air had NO ductwork attached or even near the filter.
Description of Work: Clean, inspect and repair as needed for a heat pump

+ -1 moreHe explained all the procedures and showed me the readings before and after servicing. Very professional. I plan on him being my regular HVAC service tech.
Description of Work: HVAC was not working. He did a troubleshoot and found several loose wires that caused unit not to function. He then did a temperature test and found unit not performing heat exchange. A pressure test showed the need for Freon which he added almost 4lbs. The unit then properly functioned with heat and air.
