Expert Services (Mike's Maytag)

I called Mike's Maytag to see if they could make a service call on my dishwasher. They set up the appointment and the technician called back (from Expert Services) within an hour or so to set up the date and time, which happened to be the very next morning. The technician came out, and without knowing my exact model number or what was wrong, very quickly diagnosed and fixed the dishwasher with one of the well stocked parts on his truck. In fact, Expert Services warranties the parts they sell and use for 3 years, which is 2 years beyond the manufacturers warranty on anything. The technician was very friendly and offered a lot of information to our questions about our product. My wife asked the tech to give a quote on a part, should it go out in the future and he said he would check on it for us. Having forgotten to tell her the quote, the technician called back to the house and apologized for not remembering to give the part quote while he was at the house and gave her the information she needed over the phone as he had promised. This is the first time we used this service provider, but we are very happy and will have them back again.
