DRAIN RIGHT GUTTERING

The installation took 5 weeks from date of estimate. The install itself was frustrating in that screws are driven through the bottom of gutter beds and sealant is globbed around the gutter cutouts making an obstruction for the water. The company will have the salesman call you to tell you this is standard. When replacing gutters, look at what you have, look at ither houses and ask how your gutters will look upon completion.

Great company, great bid unfortunately i used some else but still a great company.

Did a great job. They had to come out and change the flow direction on one downspout. Said they would have someone out the next day, but it was 2 days. Other than that, we'd surely use again. Don't remember the exact price because we had additional work done and it was a package deal.

It went well, had to have them review the billing where they were going to charge me for fascia board they ended up not replacing (it was not rotten like they thought on the original quote).

Received an estimate but when I asked for further details and options never received a response back. I wound up having someone else fix the gutters for now.

They gave me advice on doing it myself and saved me $200.09

The work was as described in the initial verbal and written quote. As requested, the downspouts were placed in a "lower-profile" position. All representatives that I had contact with were easy to talk to, understood my requests, and performed appropriately. The time frame of service was within the window quoted.

Initial visit and quote was good but it took over 2 months to complete the work with no communication on the time frame. It wasn't until I called to cancel the job did they get someone out the next week. I left multiple voicemails which were never returned. The price was slightly above average from other quotes but based on the first visit I believed it would come with better service. My biggest complaint was the poor communication.

Drain Right replaced the gutters and downspouts, did a very good job and were very professional and friendly. There were a few minor problems after the installation that they promptly addressed. Price was better than others who quoted the work. Overall good experience

Jimmy is amazing. Could visit with him all day. Knew his stuff, etc. wonderfully personable. Came down to availability. We understood that everything was stock and our job was easy so it would probably be a last minute addon for a Friday. Over four weeks later we called to check on install date only to be advised the "tiger stripe" was back ordered with no by when date for availability. We cancelled and found another company that was cheaper by more than 50% and readily available (referred to us by another contractor).

I called for a quote. They sent out a guy named Jimmy. He was waiting on me when I return from work. He'd already walked around my house and was preparing his quote. I thought it was a fair price so I agreed (mostly because he seemed to know what he was doing). In addition to the gutters I had two corner soffits pieces that needed replacement, and he said that would not be a problem. I had to wait about 4 weeks because they were booked. Glad I waited. The new gutters are pretty big.. much bigger than the old gutters. They also installed leaf guards which I've never had before. They look good... heavy metal with small holes in them. Also the soffit damage they repaired looks very good. For me this was the right choice.

I called Drain Right, made an appointment for noon today. JImmy was here early checking out the situation. It didn't take him long to find the problem. He said my gutters were perfect and that It was a roof problem, not gutters, and he explained how to correct it. He even took pictures and sent them to us by email which we can use. He was very nice and friendly, a professional. I asked how much he charged for the diagnosis and he said and quot;just a thank youand quot;, which I eagerly gave. I definitely will call them again if I have a problem with my gutters.

Jimmy came out gave estimate. Said it would be about 5 weeks before can install.because of work load. Five weeks later they were here. Crew did excellent job and very professional. Couple weeks later had a small problem and called them . They responsed in a couple days and fixed the problem.Well pleased with price and installation.

Two people came to complete the work they were fantastic, quick and did a good job. They cleaned up everything, and I couldn't even tell they were there. I would deffinately recommend them to family and friends.

It had been a while since they had done the whole guttering, the down spout wasn't working. So, they came out and fixed it for me without charge.

The work was very nicely done. The workmen were very friendly and accommodating. I waited for a good rain before writing this review. The gutter system did very good in moving the water from the roof to the downspouts and there was no overflow. For once, I don't have to have the gutters cleaned out because of the multitude of trees we have. Great work!

The salesman and workmen were very pleasant and friendly. They did a good job. The new guttering looks really nice and it is good not to have to worry about leaves clogging up the gutters. The workmen were very accommodating. | |Their price, as high as it was, was still considerably cheaper than what I got from another company who advertises on TV a lot.

They were great to work with--when they came out to do an estimate, I was given 4 separate options of how to proceed, and the estimator was honest enough to tell me what needed to be done and what didn't need to be done. They left me with a written quote, and they didn't badger me when I didn't call them back for a few weeks. When I decided to get the work done, believing their work to be quality and the price to be pretty fair compared to others, they let me know how long it would be. They were booked up for several weeks, but I soon received a phone call and they came out the next day and had the job done. It's good quality work, and I would certainly use them again.

Te job went perfectly. They did a perfect job and were two weeks ealy. They left no mess at all and I could not have asked for a better installation. The two men obviously know their trade. Wow! The installation looks great and I would use Drain Right again most definitly. One very happy customer is me!.

Early for appt. Very nice and professional rep. Gave sound advice. Cost for repairs almost same as cost to replace. Do not want to replace 10 year old gutters.

The estimator was very competent and professional. Because ours was a small job and we were in no hurry, they worked us in between bigger jobs. The installation guys were also personable and competent, and they did a great quality job. I paid the installers and later received a and quot;paidand quot; invoice in the mail. All in all, this was a good experience and I recommend this company.

Responsive, competent, honest. Excellent contractor. Really no complaints. Would recommend.
