I have used them for many, many years. I wouldn't switch to anyone else. They do a great job. They are dependable. The guy they send out here is wonderful. He is very personable and knowledgeable. It is a good value for the money. He is a well trained professional.

They are the only people we have ever used. I wouldn't use anybody else.

Requested emergency service, was quoted a price for emergency service and agreed to pay it so we could get someone out that day. We DID receive a phone call quickly, but they did not come by. While I appreciate their call - them not coming by caused us to sit in a hot house - literally over 86 degrees inside my house - where I work and where our child had to stay - for 3 days. On the 3rd day, they did call to see if we still needed them and I gave them a resounding YES, please. I was then told it would be after lunch. I reluctantly agreed. "After lunch" became after 3 at which time I called to confirm they were coming. The dispatcher said they would take a message and could not confirm they were coming. They finally did come around 4:15pm. He told us to turn it on and left. He did not test it, quoted $350 just for a temperature control which can be bought for less than $100 (not installed). He collected the $89 fee and left. I seriously believe because our address is not in an exclusive neighborhood, we were pushed to the side. I was very disappointed. The only reason I am giving a D rating is because they did make two phone calls -otherwise, it was an epic fail.

They quoted a reasonable price for purchase and installation -- then went a step farther and deducted the original repair amount I had already paid. The work was totally completed within 4 days in a very professional and thoughtful manner. (note: I called my usual local HBAC company to asked what they would charge and their estimate was $500 to $2000 higher than the Davis quote).

They're very good people. I would recommend them to anybody. We just happened to call some when our A/C unit went out and we've been with them ever since. They're just good people, they stand behind their work. We had a problem with Maytag, we had a Maytag unit put in and it was a piece of junk. They stood behind it and made Maytag take it back and then we put in a different unit. I think it was $5500 originally and then the Maytag unit went bad. It didn't cost us a dime to get the Trane unit. They came in and replaced the Maytag with a Trane unit and that was seven-eight years ago, at least. We pay $120 a year and it's $62.50 each visit, to service our unit. Price-wise, they're probably not high, they're probably average. They weren't the highest priced and they weren't the lowest priced. They're always here when we want them. They're very good with punctuality. We make the appointment with them and they come on time. They're honest, they're on time and their prices are fair. We don't have to follow up or we don't have to call them back. We still and will use them.

I used Davis Heating & Air Conditioning. It was suppose to be a good system but it was bad. Davis put in a new system, I think it was Reemus or whatever. They didn't charge us to put in the new system. Maytag was good enough, stood up and gave us money back towards the system and Davis put it in. We have them in twice a year, we have a small contract with them and they send guy out and make sure all things are up to snuff. We met with the owner and they are just good people. I would give them an A+.

The technician (Tommy) looked under the house for a problem with our vents and ducts (excessive moisture). He reviewed what may be the problem and it did not have to do with the vent or the ducts. He was very friendly and gave us several suggestions about out air conditioning and what we could do to prevent this problem in the future. I called one day and they responded the next (we did have air conditioning, so it was not an emergency situation). We felt good about dealing with Davis and will use them in the future if we have a problem. We are also considering purchasing a maintenance package with them to prevent any problems in the future.

Had them install a new unit in April....this took 4 days and we had to miss work. Then the units drain line flooded the area. We placed a call to have someone come out (don't remember the exact time of call but did not say emergency either). They called to say they would be there Sunday and arrived on time. They were there less than an hour. Bill says they cleared lines...guess what we still have the same problem, but were billed for coming out on a Sunday...Monday would have been better...WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN....their prices are too high and staff unprofessional of handling ANY situation.

The technician arrived on time and thoroughly checked the outside unit along with associated mechanisms in the attic. Since the noise the unit was making the night before had since stopped, he advised it was probably due to freezing/ice in the outside unit- it was below 10 degrees that night. But, he still took time to actively listen to my explanation of the previous problem/concern and to ensure there weren't any other remaining issues. I greatly appreciated the prompt response and professionalism. I would definitely use this company again and would also recommend to others without hesitation.

They are here when they say they're going to be here. Their prices are reasonable. More than anything they are really fair and honest.

Phone call to Davis Heating and Air requesting quote for new heating and air unit. The following Tuesday they were here at our home and gave us a quote. We accepted the quote and gave the job to Davis Heating and Air. Our unit was installed on 4/26/2013. Workers were very professional and informative. We will be referring them to our friends and family. We appreciate their prompt and professional service.

We have been using them for a number of years and they are very good. This company is also dependable, courteous and reliable. They do twice yearly maintenance on my HVAC system and also installed my heat pump about 8-10 years ago. I have not had any negative dealings with anyone in the company ranging from the ladies in the office to the workers that come to the house. The technician calls ahead to give me notice when he comes out for service. I have heard from other people in the area that their pricing is very fair and I will use them again in the future.
