Would not answer calls, texts, or make any response to me at all. I finally had to call another service person at another company to have the work performed.

The owner of this business, Timothy, came out very quickly to give us an estimate to put a central unit in our basement that we were finishing in the house we purchased a year ago. After telling him what we wanted to do and how the rooms would be finished out he gave us professional advice on the size and type of unit to go with and left us with his estimate that day. Once we told him that we wanted him to do the job, he showed up on Monday to go over everything with my husband. He and his team returned on Wednesday and was finished by end of day on Thursday. He did excellent work, was extremely courteous and treated my home like it was his own. He cleaned up very well before he left. The unit he installed has a 10 year warranty and his work is guaranteed for 2 years. Other than now having heat and air in my basement, you couldn't tell anyone had been working in it. His price was very good compared to others. We would definitely use this company again and recommend him to anyone!
