Very happy so far. The salesman was professional and courteous and not high pressure. Every appointment was kept with workers on time and professional. The entire process was low stress and pleasant.

I agreed to have them come out tomorrow although I will cancel that and probably lose my money ( what I paid last spring for two service calls). But I don't want to kill another day waiting, losing wages, and no one shows

The technicians explained what they were going to do and went to work. Very efficient and left no mess, great purchase! Thank you Frank& Travis. We will breath easier.

The place that we usually go for service was unable to work on the unit until the next day (unless we wanted to pay overtime rates, which we didn't). Therefore, I checked Angie's List and found Central Heat & Air. I called their number and found the receptionist to be very professional, kind and helpful. She said that a technician would call me in a few minutes. The technician (Frank) did indeed call about 5 minutes later and said that he could swing by our home in 15 or 20 minutes. Fifteen minutes later, Frank was onsite and looking into the issue after briefly talking with me. Frank quickly identified the problem and explained it to me. He also checked to verify that the necessary part was in stock at Trane. Lastly, he gave me a price for the repair and asked if I wanted him to proceed with the work. I advised him that I did wish for him to proceed with the repair and he left to get the new part. Frank returned about 50 minutes later with the new part and he had it installed 15 or 20 minutes later. Frank also showed me the damaged part and it was obvious that it needed to be replaced. Although it was a costly repair, I'm very thankful that Frank advised me to replace the part instead of trying to sell me a new unit (as others have done in the past). Please note that the price paid also includes the cost of a service contract and the discounts associated with going this route. Needless to say, my husband and I will definitely rely on this company for any future issues with our heat and air units.

Great service. Very professional. Doc determined my unit was overcharged which was causing it to run inefficiently. I have been using them since 2006 and will continue.
