Great work and service

Alltimate Exteriors went above and beyond when installing a new roof for me. I am very pleased with their work and would recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.

The work was done promptly, efficiently, and they even went the extra mile.

The group was very courteous, timely and actually showed up when they said they would. The crew that performed the work was great! They arrived on time, work very efficiently, extremely polite and did an amazing job. We couldn't be happier and will be calling them back when we're ready to roof our detached garage!

They were very responsive to my request for an estimate. The owner of the company explained the pro's and cons of different types of roofing so I could make an informed decision on what I wanted done. The roof replacement was finished in a day.

That Ryan Baxter is a good egg. I was really surprised with how conscientious they were, and how well they cleaned up after themselves.

I was told they would have it completed in 4 weeks and it took them over a year to finish it after I kept calling and calling and turned them over to the BBB before they would get back with me.

A gang of workers came out and replaced the roof in 1 day. Did an excellent job. My roof was damaged from all the big hail storms we had. They met with my Shelter Insurance rep. and determined the roof had hail damage where exposed with no tree coverage. They had the kind of roofing and color my wife like and for $500 I received a new roof. They also did my coworker's roof across the street in my neighborhood and also did an excellent job.

Ryan was great to work with. Gave very good advice on roofing materials. Didn't push for the most expensive options. Very knowledgeable; knew how to address gap between roof and house. Straight shooter. Crew was fantastic. Big job completed in one day. Cleaned up so well couldn't tell they had been here.

They did an excellent job. However, there was a leak that ruined the ceiling in the garage. They came immediately to see and photo the damage. The sheetrock team was there within the week. They not only repaired the damaged area, but painted the whole garage ceiling so that everything would match. Now there are no sign of damage. Great job.

They were professional and did exactly what was needed to properly repair a roof which was damaged and had been improperly installed. I was extremely pleased.

This work was for an insurance claim. I thoroughly checked this company out before hiring them, and they do indeed have an active TN State trade license, Cleveland Business license, and active and valid worker's compensation insurance. They offer an excellent in-house warranty on workmanship as well as quality roofing materials with an excellent warranty as well. I dealt with All-Timate's rep Luca Carrolli for the duration of repairs to my home, starting with a secondary emergency roof tarping. Luca always provided excellent customer service, communication, and professionalism. I feel that he and the All-Timate team went above and beyond what was expected, and were a pleasure to work with! All-Timate replaced the entire roof, a section of siding, and repaired and painted interior drywall. So far, I am very satisfied with the work they did. I would highly recommend this company.

Estimate Both the home inspector and the first roofing contractor to look at the duplex I'm buying indicated that the roof was on borrowed time. Even though All-timate's reputation on this site was barely established, I was able to see several examples of their work since they'd done a number of houses in my neighborhood a few months previously. All-timate was actually the second contractor to bid on the job, and (as other reviewers have mentioned) they prefer to over-estimate their materials and come in under budget rather than run an overage after they started the job. When I called their office on Saturday, a weekend on-call salesperson picked up even though their website said their number went to voicemail on the weekends. He scheduled me for an estimate Monday evening, but when I called around noon on Monday to confirm I was told that they didn't have a record of the appointment. Because their sales team had goofed, one of the construction supervisors, Ryan showed up to do the estimate instead of someone from their sales team. He arrived on-time and was on the roof in a few minutes. He had also pulled up copies of the final invoices for the houses in the neighborhood ahead of time since the estimate supposed to be part of the sales negotiation. A few minutes into taking measurements he turned around and asked me why the seller wasn't filing this with his homeowners' since there was obvious hail damage along the ridgeline and back side of the roof. The first contractor didn't even mention this! The seller's insurance company sent an adjuster out on Thursday, and by Friday All-timate had the materials ordered. Work The workers were very courteous and even agreed to dispose of some furniture that the city hadn't gotten around to picking up. Even though they ended up taking most of the 8 hours they'd budgeted for work & cleanup on the work, they stayed past 6 doing cleanup. By the time they were finished, the only signs that they'd been there at all were a few divots in the yard where the dumpster had been. Every other roofer I'd ever dealt with growing up left us pulling broken shingles out of the landscaping for weeks.

Altimate walked down roofs on two single family home rental properties we own. In addition to a very detailed estimate, the representative noted during his inspection wind and hail damage on both roofs and helped us interface with our insurance company. Even though I had been on both roofs, being untrained, I did not realize they were damaged The same representative also offered to meet the insurance adjuster when he inspected the roofs for the claim and his involvement resulted in damage being noted that the insurance adjuster would have missed ( I was with them on both inspections). In addition, the Altimate representative noted an error in the claim on one home which would have resulted in less money had it not been noted. The representative explained every detail of the work and took me on a tour of both roofs as he explained everything, including clearly explaining warranty details. He also noted some features of the new roof installation(s) they will install that many roofer skip which told me I was getting a great quality job.

Overall, very pleased. Courteous, professional, extremely fast, large house was completed in one day and a couple of hours the next morning. The crew was large, probably 10 individuals. Great clean-up, courteous and detailed in answering questions. A low to no-pressure bidding process and high quality work, although, there were a couple of small areas that were missed. A home inspector noted the issues and, to the credit of Altimate, they had someone out to the house within 48 hours to fix the small issues that were identified. Probably the most expensive bid I received, and the bid over estimated materials fairly significantly. However, was able to return unused plywood and a number of squares of shingles for credit. Overall, if you're looking for a professional company with a strong warranty, good reputation, a real 'office' that you can go and talk to someone to before, during, or after the job (rather than a "pick up" truck) this would be a company worth considering.

Outstanding communication process. Unusual for roofers. Keeps appointments and returns phone calls. Provides Documentation for insurance coverage including workmens Comp. there are roofers who are cheaper but for quality work And high level of professionalism this is a good choice.

They were polite and obliging in all my requests. Went out of their way to do some extra work for me. They cleaned the gutters. They have not come back to fix some flashing as promised nor cleaned some gutters as well as their inspector wanted. I am waitng for their return.

Job well done, the cost was a little more than expected due to some bad wood needing replaced but they gave me 90 days extra to pay. Now thats good customer service!
