Chris and his apprentice did an amazing job troubleshooting and fixing the electrical connection between my dishwasher and the outlet. The two men were very nice and professional.

Very friendly and knowledgeable about problem. Fixed quickly and had great customer service.

Started having lights, alarm system, outlets, and switches acting weird. Checked the breaker box and heard a sizzle sound. Called Travis Electrical and within 2 hours Mike (the technician) arrived and went to work. There were loose breakers in the box causing all the issues. Mike tightened everything did a full house inspection. then I had him install a home surge protector. Mike was very knowledgeable and professional with all he did. Travis Electric is now our new electrical go to.

Truly an incredible experience from start to finish. Put in an inquiry and the customer service agents were very friendly and helpful. The tech they sent out for the estimate was obviously very knowledgeable in his field and had great interpersonal skills. An additional installer came for the job and echoed the same sentiment. Every aspect of this company proved why they are so highly rated. I will not do business with anyone else in the future.

These technicians are capable, friendly, punctual people. They did an inspection, completed a project that included digging and running lines, updated electrical panel, installed GFI plugs and replaced plugs and switches that were not working. Everyone explained everything and the cost was only what had been given us before doing the work. Travis Electrical will be my only call when any issue arises!

The customer service representative was very attentive and kept in touch via text. The service technician was very pleasant and knowledgeable regarding my concerns. The technician Kyle was upfront letting me know what he could and could not repair because that area was out of his expertise. Because my chandelier motor has to be ordered and installed by another contractor the service was discounted. I will definitely use Travis Electrical again.

The guy who installed our new ceiling fan from Home Depot was very good. We are happy with the his Pro service.

Bryan was absolutely amazing! Heâ s had to come twice and gets the job done every time for my family and I so that we feel safe.

The electrician Dave went over and above what he came out for. He let us know what he noticed that could pose a problem down the road. We got all the work done that put us at ease . Professional and cleaned up any mess after job was done. Very pleased with work and he answered any questions we asked.

We had Bryan Pikaard and his assistant Eddie out to our place today in Hopkinsville. I can not say enough about the service and expertise they provided. They installed 6 Fan Lights and 1 Chandelier in our home. Our home is a menagerie of rooms 3800 sq. feet with lots of remodeling done in the past years. Our wiring was a mess, and they had to go in the attic and pull new wire to make it all work properly. We also had an issue with the lights in our barn due to a burnt wire and a few bad GFI plugs. They were a pleasure to have in my home and completed the work in one day. The service is impeccable, they even vacuumed up all the debris, amazing! I will be calling them back to change out all our recessed lights next. I am extremely happy with everything about the service. We struck gold, when we called Travis Electrical. Bryan, well he deserves a RAISE !!
