 + -1 moreDebbie and her husband are amazing!! I have VERY high standards for cleaning and they meet them with no problems! There are times when I will come home after Debbie has been by the house to clean and I don't feel that I am clean enough to go inside! I usually leave a key for Debbie to clean my house while I am not home; I trust her and her husband to lock up after they are done. They are very accommodating to work with me and my schedule. Her prices are more than fair, especially for the great job that they do. I have recommended them to several of my friends and will continue to do so. Debbie is a great addition to my life and I love how great of a job they do cleaning my house!

 + -1 moreThey were fabulous. Our house is quite large and they stayed 10 hours making sure everything was done. The house looked great when they were finished. We are having them come back for 'spot' cleanings to keep it up for show. Great job!
Description of Work: Deep Cleaned the entire house to get it ready for sale. This included windows, baseboards, cupboards, floors, bathrooms, kitchen etc.

Description of Work: Some areas were not cleaned or missed: Kitchen Sink, Air Vents, Ceiling Fans, and light fixtures, and a few baseboards. Overall, great group of ladies and the work was solid, just need to make sure you double check things before they leave for the day.

Description of Work: I recently bought a house and was not able to immediately move in due to the filthy conditions the previous owner left the house in. I called Torres Alba cleaning, explained my situation and the condition the house was in. My expectations weren't that high given the condition of the house so I planned on going back through after for the final touches. I'm a huge attention to details guy and Torres alba cleaning met my expectations and even exceeded them on a couple of instances: Pros: set an appointment the next day after calling, promptly on time, house smelled great, professional attitude, went the extra mile by scrubbing the heater/AC vents in the bathtub. Cons: found a few hairs in the bathroom, top of the cupboards were dusty. Overall good job and I would recommend to others.

 + -1 moreFolks gave an estimate over the phone based on what I told them. They arrived on time, and finished in about the estimated time. The charge was as estimated. I was very pleased.
Description of Work: My house needed a deep clean as I had been in the hospital to have major surgery. The folks (two workers) managed to work around clutter and give the entire house a good cleaning.

Description of Work: I called this company on 2 occasions and had to leave a message. I never received a call back from anyone. Apparently they have plenty of work and don't want more. The least they could do is return my call and explain this. I won't call them a 3rd time.

 + -1 moreThey were cleaning a neighbors house and we just happened to get a hold of them. We have been using them to clean our house and they have been really good with us. If they don't do something right and you let them know they will follow up and fix it. They still have some things that need improvement, but with the experience I have had with other cleaners they do a good job. I would rate them a B overall but compared to other cleaning people I've used I would give them an A. They have worked real well for us and I would recommend them to anyone.
