Description of Work: I had a 3 room basement that needed repairs. The walls were in badly need of repairs. The handyman redid the stairs, wrapped metal poles,installed baseboards and picked up from store,painted and installed 6 foot cabinet. The painter did an excellent job on the walls and floor. They were very professional. I would use the Handyman again.

We have moved on to bigger and better things. So if you are in fact just looking for a handyman...keep looking

Description of Work: I added an addition that 522 sq feet. They started in Jan 2015, but with the weather it took longer than expected to get down. I know that they can't work when it's soggy wet and raining. When the weather did break and they could work they did an outstanding job getting it started. Now that is done except for a few minor things outside I'm very happy with the work. Given the time frame they gave me if the weather did work with them I know it would have been done. I'm glad that I used them and will again in the future.

Description of Work: they installed a bathroom fan in the master bathroom. Used an existing light switch. installed duck for all two bathroom fans. He (Juan Torres) was very professional. He did a great job and cleaned the area when done. I would recommend his work.

Description of Work: I highly recommend them. They got back to us quickly and were able to fit us in their schedule to help us out. They were booked up for 2-3 weeks, but worked around to get our stuff done within a week. They also did a little extra work without charging us - Always a plus......

Description of Work: Driveway extension, wooden gate extension/replacement, & concrete pad under back deck. Unfortunately, they put the gate hardware in backwards, don't backfill anything after doing the work, left gravel all throughout my yard for me to clean up, and the driveway has already cracked, which isn't warrantied! |On the good side, they had to comp me the cost of the gate because the estimator drew it into the estimate, but never charged me for it in the costs, plus, Kevin WAS very professional when I pointed some of the incorrect measurements on the driveway forms just before they poured it, so he was able to make the corrections and extend it out where needed. Anything I asked about or requested, during the 3 or 4 days they were here, Kevin handled very professionally and with courtesy. I just wish they would include the backfilling and would have cleaned up the spillage of the gravel and cement in the yard. The finished work looks great, and my neighbors have all commented on how great it looks...but the backfilling is killing me! And so is all the gravel in the grass!

Description of Work: They replaced the steps on my deck (even reinforced the stringer when they realized it was rotting), fixed the gates for my backyard fence, and cut the bottoms of the gates to allow for easier opening and closing. The 'B' for responsiveness is only due to the fact that I was expecting a phone call from them and did not receive it, then was expecting them to show for an estimate and they did not show up. Once I got in contact with them and asked for a specific date and time, it worked out much better and they were prompt, courteous, and definitely professional.
