The worst customer service I have seen. This project started in Nov. 2007 and has taken over 7 months to complete. I was told on several occasions that there would be someone working on the project every day until it was finish. The longest stretch of continual work was 3 days. There would be several weeks go by and no one would show up to work on the landscaping. I would call the owner to leave a message and would never get a return phone call. But, the next day some one would show up and do a few hours of work and then nothing for days. When the project started I gave the required downpayment and was asked 3 other times for additional money. Each time the owner stated that she had payroll and needed to make payments to her employees. Once the landscaping was finally finished they decided to look at the irrigation system. Since this was not done prior to the landscaping they went through and dug up flower beds and the sod they laid. Once they finished the repairs on the irrigation system they half hardly tried to fix the spots where they messed up the sod and flower beds. After, arguing with the owner she grudgingly brought new sod out and repaired the flower beds. Currently the owner feels as thought the project is finished and is wanting final payment. There are still several issues that need to be fixed that the owner is not wanting to take ownership of. Examples: 1. They cut into existing irrigation line in front yard burying a tree. Instead of fixing it they put a sprinkler head there. So when the sprinklers in my flower beds come on I have a random one in the middle of the yard that pops up too. 2. On the retaining wall that they built they slid in 3 stones on the stairs that aren't even the same color as the other stones. I guess they didn't think I would see that. Also, they used liquid nail to secure the topper stones and left visible stains with it on several stones on the wall. 3. There are a least 4 shrubs in the back yard that look like sticks coming out of the ground. They don't even have leaves on them like the other shrubs. Owner claims that they aren't dead yet and refuses to replace them. I guess I could go on with the issues. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
